Dreamweaver
Yeah, alright, this one's here for legacy purposes. If you happen to have a system that demands an ancient, questionably usable Adobe HTML editor then I've had some extensive experience with it thanks to arcane governmental regulations on a certain job.
Otherwise, don't worry, I use an IDE like a sane person. VSCode as it happens.
I've been using Dreamweaver since Nov 2008 (17 years).
