Figma is... probably more of a choice for the meeting room than it is for the tech table.
It offers intuitive, snappy, minimalist UI and multiplayer-mode that works fantastically for video meetings. And it looks less like a paranoid conspiracy breakdown than a whiteboard of post-its and string.
I've built Figma diagrams of systems that have prompted people to say "Hey. That's a really good Figma diagram. Use that Figma diagram in the meeting later". High praise. I'm not showing them here though because it was a diagram of the server architecture and they wouldn't be happy.
I've been using Figma since Jul 2022 (3 years).
